Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner.
Deliver excellent customer service to foster strong, long-term client relationships and support the achievement of the company’s annual sales targets.
Liaise and coordinate effectively with local suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Perform ad hoc administrative and personal assistant duties for the Director as required.
Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 experience in admin / sales coordination functions
Diploma / Degree in Business / Administration / Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office
