Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team.
Your scope includes:
- Tracking of orders
- Processing paperwork
- Maintaining customer database
- Ensuring products or services are delivered on-time
- You may also be required to handle customer questions, requests, and complaints.
Job Requirements:
- The candidate should possess at least an O level or equivalent certificate
- The candidate should preferable by experienced with data entry and possess good customer service skills
- Candidate should preferably possess at least 1 year of working experience
- Candidates with positive working attitude but lack the relevant experience or qualifications will be considered
