We are looking for dedicated people with drive, initiative and enthusiasm to join us as Sales Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sales administrative and general secretarial support, including the handling of correspondence, preparing documents and data for weekly reporting to optimize the work flow in the Sales & Marketing Business Unit.
- Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure the proper retention, archive and disposal of records.
- Schedule and track meetings and appointments, greet and direct visitors.
- Assist in hands-on set-up and ensure the show flats are ready for viewing at all times, including coordination, supervision and liaison with regular cleaning, network and other related vendors.
- Assist in the preparation, organising, hands-on setup and manpower support for sales launch or events etc.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Resourceful, organised and meticulous.
