About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our growing team at Vital Vision Technology Pte Ltd.
This full-time role is based in our Macpherson office in the Central Region and will involve providing essential sales support to our operations team.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in sales and purchase order activities
- Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
- Assist logistics operations and outbound shipment planning
- Assist sales and engineering team in enquiry
- To maintain and update inventory records
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Assist in RMA and loan activities
- Assist in warehousing activities
- To achieve and improve KPI's set for the department
- Assist in Operation reports/ data analysis
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in English
- High level of integrity and meticulousness
- Strong people skills with pleasant personality
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Experience in Business Central 365 will be advantage
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Good attitude with a willingness to learn and be a team player
- *At least 2 years of relevant experience
