Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in generating new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling, setting up appointments for the sales team, preparing quotations, and following up on outstanding proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Identify and contact potential clients to introduce company products/services and generate interest.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and professional sales quotations based on client needs and pricing guidelines.
- Follow-Up: Track and follow up on issued quotations to answer queries, address objections, and help move opportunities forward.
- Database Management: Maintain and update CRM or internal tracking systems with all relevant client interactions, lead status, and sales activities.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on cold call activity, appointment status, and quotation follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support, telemarketing, or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new prospects.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
