The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales Manager for Public Run courses.
The position is responsible for coordinating course registrations, payments, and client follow-ups to ensure smooth enrolment and class execution.
The role also requires proactive customer engagement, particularly in managing class deferments or cancellations, and upselling alternative courses to enhance customer experience and achieve the confirmation of classes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage day-to-day sales administration for public run course participants.
· Coordinate and process course registrations, payments, and confirmation of enrolments.
· Proactively engage clients in cases of deferment or cancellation, with the aim of upselling alternative courses.
· Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, registrations, and payments in the company's CRM and Training Management System (TMS).
· Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless course delivery.
· Assist in planning course schedules and preparing sales reports when required.
· Handle incoming calls or email from prospects or existing customers.
· Contact potential customers from provided databases or leads.
· Persuade customers to enrol, renew, or switch to alternative offerings.
· Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative or sales support duties as assigned.
SPECIFICATIONS
1.
Required educational level
· Minimum GCE 'O' Level with relevant working experience, or a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
· At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, call centre, or telesales.
· Experience in the training or education industry will be an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM/TMS is an advantage.
· Basic understanding of financial processes (e.g., invoicing, payment tracking) is beneficial.
· A proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

Workings hours
Normal office hours and/or according to training schedule.
Must be prepared to work over the weekends/public holidays/residential training if required, based on training schedules.
