Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) team.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation.
- Prepare and maintain service records, quotations, purchase orders, and related reports.
- Monitor and track job progress, schedules, and quotations submitted to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams, service engineers, and external vendors/agents to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the Application and Sales teams with documentation for bidding and project proposals.
- Maintain and update customer databases, accounts, and records.
Competency Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Marine, Oil & Gas, or Shipyard industries will be an advantage.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Responsible, meticulous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
