A Sales Development Representative is a sales professional who contacts potential or existing customers by phone to sell products or services, generate leads, or schedule appointments.

They provide information, persuade customers to buy, gather customer feedback, and often work under sales targets.

Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, managing customer databases, and handling inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
  • Outbound Calling: Make cold calls or warm calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services.

  • Sales & Persuasion: Use persuasive skills to convince customers to make a purchase or schedule a future meeting.

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
  • Lead Management Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
  • Information & Support: Provide details about products, answer customer questions, and handle complaints.

  • Database Management: Record customer information, update contact lists in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and track call outcomes.

  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Market Research: Collect feedback to help the company improve its products and services.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Strong conversational and persuasive abilities are essential.

  • Patience & Resilience: The ability to handle frequent rejection is crucial.

  • Organization: Effectively managing contact lists and customer data.

Salary Package:

  • Basic $1,000 - $2,000 per month, plus Commissions
  • Additional Commissions / 13th Month Annual Wage Bonus
  • 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
  • 12pm-4pm Saturdays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
