Role Summary
As an Install Base Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will focus on account management and renewal to generate new revenue.
You will articulate the value of our products to customers and be accountable for revenue retention motions including product contract renewals, upsell, and expansion.
You will provide accurate sales forecasting, generate customer quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes in our CRM system.
We are seeking individuals who are curious, have excellent communication and stakeholder skills, and can manage deep, complex relationships.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth and timely follow-up on marketing leads
Prioritize the highest opportunity target accounts within ANZ
Build pipeline by meeting and exceeding pipeline generation quotas
Understand Sitecore’s offerings and competitive positioning to meet customer needs
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align strategies, share insights, and refine messaging
Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Maintain a minimum daily outbound call volume of 50-70 calls
Drive business pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, researching target accounts, identifying key decision makers, and crafting personalized messaging
Job Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an SDR, preferably in a SaaS sales environment
Experience in the ANZ market is a plus
Goal oriented with a strong emphasis on achieving and surpassing targets
Innovative and naturally curious; enjoys creating new methods and conducting research
History of quota attainment
Hunter mentality with tenacity and enthusiasm for inbound and outbound prospecting
