Sales Director - Critical Power for Data Center
We are conducting a confidential search for a
Business Development Director
to lead strategic growth across Southeast Asia in the mission-critical power and infrastructure space.
This senior leadership role is ideal for a commercially driven individual with deep experience in power systems, data center infrastructure, and public sector engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business expansion into government, utilities, and industrial sectors.
Manage and transition key C-suite client relationships to ensure long-term continuity.
Build and maintain a high-value sales pipeline, including Uninterrupted Power Supplies and generator solutions.
Lead and mentor a business development team, fostering internal succession.
Shape commercial strategy through market insights and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored energy and power solutions.
Represent the company at industry events and client engagements across the region.
Track and report on KPIs including revenue growth, pipeline health, and market penetration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years in senior business development roles within
power systems, data centers, energy, or infrastructure sectors
Strong knowledge of
generator systems and UPS technologies
Proven success in
expanding into new verticals
and managing
C-level relationships
Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia
High integrity and a growth-oriented mindset
