About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director with a strong security industry background to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in security solutions (manpower security, electronic security systems, or integrated security services) and a strong network in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.

  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, property developers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust business strategies.

  • Work closely with management to set pricing strategies, proposals, and contract negotiations.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and follow-ups.

  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.

Requirements
