Job Description
Expertise you bring
Coordinate Deal Management Support:
Manage and run the deal desk for large, strategic deals. Coordinate efforts across multiple teams, including engineering, marketing, and legal, for proposal development. Ensure timely internal approvals and compliance with company policies. Monitor deal progress and act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments. Drive Strategic Sales Intelligence:
Conduct in-depth research on sales targets to identify key decision-makers and influencers. Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points. Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to understand connections and network dynamics. Prepare comprehensive reports to guide strategic pursuit plans. Support Resell Operations:
Oversee the reselling of third-party software licenses to clients. Coordinate with an Admin person and ensure all resell transactions are processed accurately. Monitor and report on resell activities, maintaining compliance with contractual obligations. Develop Sales Collateral:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies. Tailor collateral to specific customer needs and industry verticals. Manage and maintain a library of updated sales materials. Enforce Sales Operational Cadence:
Implement and maintain a robust sales operational rhythm. Facilitate regular sales meetings, monitor actions, and ensure follow-through. Collaborate with sales leadership to track and analyze performance metrics.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales operations, deal coordination, or related roles within a technology or consulting environment. Proven track record in managing complex deals and sales intelligence research. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management tools, with a keen eye for details and organization. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present information effectively. Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through and ability to take tasks to completion. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Highly Desirable: Familiarity with public cloud technologies such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Azure (Microsoft Azure), and an understanding of their integration into modern business solutions. Highly Desirable: Experience with resell operations and third-party software licensing.
