Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
– Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
– To generate new customer list with existing customer base
– Create value to customer with Company’s solution
– Liaise and meet up with customers to generate new sales and provide technical support, as and when required
– Establish and maintain strong rapport with architect/ homeowner/ consultant to promote sales
– Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
– Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
– Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
– Sales background with knowledge in air-conditioning industry will be an added advantage
– Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results-focused
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Able to work independently with minimum supervision
– Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
– Applicants with own car will be considered with priority

Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm
