Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential customer segments
- Proactively follow up on leads generated from exhibitions, networking events, and online channels to convert them into sales opportunities
- Prepare customized quotations, proposals, and project schedules aligned with client requirements
- Monitor and coordinate customer orders from initial placement to delivery to ensure smooth execution
- Manage and strengthen existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and upselling
- Expand company presence by reaching out to new markets and customer groups
- Apply consultative, value-driven sales techniques to present solutions effectively and build trust
- Deliver responsive after-sales support to maintain long-term satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in medical device or plastic injection molding industry is highly preferred
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
