Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVLS fans, industrial fans, and ventilation solutions in Singapore.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users to promote KSS's ventilation solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting, proposal preparation, and product presentation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Work closely with the technical team to recommend customized ventilation solutions based on project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in construction, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), or ventilation solutions.
- Experience in selling HVLS fans, industrial fans, air movement systems, or related products is highly preferred.
- Strong network within the construction, industrial, or commercial sector is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
