We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at GASHUBIN ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible to drive revenue growth and managing client relationships.
This is a full-time position based in the Kaki Bukit East Region.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote services.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals and bids for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate pricing.
- Lead and train the project & QS team, setting targets and KPIs to complete projects.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients to close deals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Conduct research to understand market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client insights.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Track sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Participate in project hand-off meetings to ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business.
Requirement:
- Technical knowledge in M & E services, preferably with AutoCad capability.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and market dynamics.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
