Our Sales team is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Singapore.
In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What you'll do
• Focus on sales of Toyota commercial vehicle to potential customers
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through cold calling
• Understanding and meeting customers' specific needs, while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and always presenting professional conduct and appearance
• Provide top customer experience and attend to customer in all related matter (aftersales service) in a professional manner
• Ensure all work is performed according to approved procedures, standards, and specifications for sales objectives.
• Perform all other associated tasks assigned by management
About you
• Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level certificate
• At least 1year of relevant working experience in B2B sales and marketing role, preferably in automotive industry
• Possess valid driving license and have own transport
• Possess basic MS Office skills and comfortable to learn new systems
• Excellent ability to acquire product knowledge quickly and understand prospective clients' needs and wants
• Good customer service, interpersonal, communication skills, problem-solving and administrative skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and KPI-driven work environment
