SALES MANAGER - HOSES / FITTINGS
Responsibilities:
- Market and build recurring businesses for products (hose, fittings, etc) and services
- Identify, pursue and close business opportunities focusing on recurring sales and sustainable growth
- Build strong customer relationships to prepare for vertical expansion of the company's other products
- Make effective sales visits to potential customers
- Manage incoming inquiries
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Work together with operations team to ensure end-product quality and on-time delivery
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holder
- Sales experience in hose / fittings with proven sales record
- Strong product knowledge on hydraulic hoses and fittings
- Good understanding of hydraulic systems and components
- Posssess own transport

SALES ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL MARINE SWITCHBOARDS
Responsibilities:
- Business development / new market development
- Handle all sales enquiries, including in-door sales enquiries / telephone sales enquiries.
- Perform sales functions, including prospecting of customers, approach, presentation, follow-up and closing of orders.
- Check and compare costing / estimation against actual costs for awarded job.
Budget planning and control for jobs.
Responsible for correct / accuracy of acceptance level in costing.
- Customer liaison and service; Review customers' contracts, terms & conditions.
- Planning and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Sets targets / forecast of potential projects and orders.
- Costing and estimation of products, ie.
Switchboards, etc.
- Co-ordination work (internal or external) on drawing approval, quality, engineering, delivery schedule and commissioning issues.
- Invoice for completed orders.
- Follow-up on payment due from customers.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of switchboards/panels (marine or industrial) is an advantage
- Preferably with own vehicle / those without car also welcome to apply
