Job Scope:
Manage and support existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities, with training and guidance provided
Regional travel may be required as necessary
Handle customer enquiries, provide pre‐sales consultation, prepare quotations, and follow through to secure orders
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Coordinate with overseas suppliers for product and order‐related matters
Provide technical assistance during pre‐sales and offer after‐sales support to key clients
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports
Requirements:
Entry level is welcome
Meticulous and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word is a must
