Sales Engineer:
1.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by prospecting new accounts, networking, referrals, and cold calling potential customers.
2.
Create presentations, proposals, and sales contracts tailored to prospective clients’ needs and present solutions via in-person meetings and demos
3.
Research accounts, identify key players, and map out organization structures to determine purchasing processes and build relationships with decision makers
4.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close while documenting each customer interaction in CRM system
5.
Coordinate with marketing to leverage promotional materials, customize pitches, and attend industry events to connect with prospects
6.
Work closely with internal teams to gather relevant updates to convey to prospects and customers
7.
Maintain updated records on clients, sales activities, and market conditions in CRM system and databases to aid in pipeline reporting
8.
Serve as the ongoing single point of contact for customers by responding to inquiries and handling account management activities to ensure high retention
9.
Embrace being a collaborative one team-player to support co-workers and contribute towards achieving departmental sales quotas and revenue targets
