Job Description:
Motivated individual needed who is open and willing to new challenges and meeting new people for potential sales.
Ability to work under sales quota and a certain level of pressure when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Expand the client database by performing cold calls and networking at events to generate new sales leads and convert cold calls to meetings with potential clients.
- Account Management: Stay in touch with existing clients to remain top of mind when they need our services.
- Client Retention: Know client needs to maximize their spending power by providing a variety of solutions.
- Customer Service: Ensure smooth execution and operations on site during events.
- CRM: Maximize sales generation potential by managing the sales funnel in CRM.
Additional administrative duties for Leisure Academy include:
- Keeping meeting minutes
- Managing day-to-day office administration duties, including scheduling meetings, health checks on stationeries and office equipment, and maintaining inventory and orderliness.
- Administering proper communication channels and information flow between internal departments.
- Assisting the Manager with reviewing and updating EasyChef’s SOPs.
- Ensuring compliance with the Academy’s policies, SOPs, and practices.
- Providing experience in CRM systems and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Offering direct support to the Manager of EasyChef.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak Mandarin to service Chinese-speaking customers.
- Resourceful and independent thinker.
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills.
- A multi-tasking team player.
- High self-discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and events with a performance track record.
