Sales Executive (100% Farming | $3.5k Basic + AWS + VB)
Job Summary:
Join our team to replace outdated interphone systems in Singapore and promote our products internationally.
Responsibilities:
Replace outdated interphone systems in Singapore apartments.
Present and demonstrate new interphone products to apartment owners.
Build relationships with apartment owners and property management teams.
Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing technical support.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Liaise with international distributors to promote and sell interphone or nurse call products.
Analyse foreign markets to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor strategies, and regulatory requirements in target regions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders in target markets.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
No experience is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
