About the role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be the front-line representative of our agency—responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that align with client needs and our service offerings.
This is a consultative sales role that requires understanding digital marketing fundamentals, communicating value, and building trust with prospective clients.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads through direct messaging, social, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' business needs, goals, and pain points
- Present digital marketing solutions that includes our core lead generation product and other forms of digital marketing like social media, PPC and more
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Foster long-term client relationships and contribute to account growth
What we're looking for
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within a marketing agency or consulting environment.
Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Basic understanding of various digital marketing strategies like SEO, PPC, social media etc
- Consultative approach to sales with a strong focus on solving problems, not just selling services
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and mostly remote environment
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in the real estate or financial services industry a plus
