Location: Singapore Based
As a Sales Account Manager, this role is to maximize sales income from assigned territory and serve as the primary point of contact for customers’ purchasing and service needs.
You need to focus on cultivating strong relationships within a portfolio of high-opportunity accounts to understand their current and future needs, ultimately driving significant incremental sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively visit target customers to uncover exciting new business opportunities, confidently perform upselling activities, and cultivate effective, long-term relationships within the assigned territory to achieve significant sales growth and solidify RS as the preferred supplier.
Actively identify customer needs and collaborate with multi-functional teams to seamlessly integrate value-added services into their operations, while also working effectively across functions to boost customer satisfaction.
