Sales Executive (Medical Equipment & Consumables)
Overview
We are seeking driven and customer-focused Sales Executives to join a leading medical solutions provider.
In this role, you will promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to hospitals, community hospitals, and eldercare facilities.
You will play a key part in supporting healthcare institutions with reliable solutions while growing market presence and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to healthcare institutions (hospitals, community hospitals, eldercare facilities).
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while expanding the user base.
Manage the product life cycle, including new launches, brand positioning, and competitor benchmarking.
Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and evaluation trials.
Organize and participate in seminars and exhibitions.
Prepare quarterly market reports and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
Focus Areas
Surgical Workplace
– Sales experience in operating theatres, surgical suites, and perioperative departments (e.g., surgical instruments, theatre consumables, sterilization systems).
Infection Control
– Background in hospital hygiene and infection-prevention solutions (e.g., disinfection systems, sterilization equipment, barrier protection, isolation systems).
Project Sales
– Experience handling large-scale hospital/healthcare facility projects, including product specification, tender submissions, pricing strategies, installation, and after-sales support.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Nursing, Business, Biomedical Science, or related fields.
At least 2 years of sales experience in medical equipment or consumables (preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Possess own transport and willingness to travel.
Remuneration
Basic Salary + Allowances: Up to $4,500
Quarterly Commission Scheme
