About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Executive who's hungry to grow, driven by results, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
You'll be the front line of our business, connecting with prospects, understanding their goals, and matching them to Cintra's range of content, marketing, and creative solutions.
You'll be selling ideas, the kind that transform how brands show up online.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client pain points, and recommend the right Cintra service suite (retainers, content credits, campaigns, or paid ads).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and marketing heads.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Track, manage, and report your sales pipeline and performance metrics.
- Represent Cintra professionally at client meetings, pitches, and events.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in media, marketing, or creative industries).
- Confident communicator — both in-person and over calls.
- Proactive, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
- Curious and creative: you enjoy understanding brands and crafting value-driven proposals.
- Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing, social media trends, or agency workflows.
