Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and expand the corporate client base.
Identify potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential corporate clients, showcasing value propositions and solutions.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations and post-sales follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, trainers, customer service) to deliver a seamless client experience.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and market trends to management.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or a similar field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3-years or above of working experiences in corporate sales.
