Sales Executive



Job description

Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing new revenue streams from existing accounts.


New Business Development (Hunter) 60 % and Current Account Sales Management (40%).


Delivering volume and revenue targets for the Freight Forwarder sales channels while remaining focused on relationship building with customers for fostering profitable sales.


Responsible to provide customers with best possible solution.


Achieving and monitoring customers KPIs & initiatives to ensure we deliver quality, reliability, scalability, and productivity to meet customer satisfaction.


Meet and exceed set Sales Targets in terms of generating volume.


Maintain records of customer details / sales visits / sales progress(updates on pipelines, target, budgeting achievement).


Ability to identify potential customers.


Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.


Work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer & quotation.


Reporting to Sales Manager on current market information regularly.


Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or in a discipline related to Logistics & Supply Chain Management.


Singaporean needs to apply only.


Outgoing Characters.


Valid driving license, process car will be advantage.


1- 2 years Sales experience in Freight forwarding.


Experience with a good sense of hunting in developing new sales opportunities or having the experience in Key Account Management.


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
