No external property agencies are used.
Their projects have always been 80-100% sold.
Role:
Canvassing potential sales leads, building continuous sales pipelines, and selling through various platforms and channels, networking, conducting viewings, and soliciting sales.
Administering sales and legal documents.
Strong follow-up on after-sales, leads, including submitting reports and work plans.
Administering show-flat operations, upkeep, logistics, and inventory.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Track record in selling high-end/condo/landed properties.
Sales experience with property developers is advantageous.
