As we expand our footprint across Asia-Pacific, we're looking for a strategic and driven Sales Manager to lead our regional growth.
Role Overview
As the Sales Manager – APAC , you will oversee commercial operations, manage regional teams, and drive profitability across pump and instrumentation product lines.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on market engagement across diverse APAC territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for pump and instrumentation solutions
- Manage full P&L for APAC sales operations, ensuring revenue growth and margin optimization
- Lead and mentor a regional sales team, fostering performance and accountability
- Build strong relationships with F&B manufacturers, OEMs, and channel partners
- Identify market trends, regulatory shifts, and customer needs to shape product positioning
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customized solutions
- Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term account development
Travel across APAC to support business development and team alignment
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in pump systems, instrumentation, or process equipment for F&B or related industries
- Proven leadership in managing regional teams and P&L responsibilities
- Strong technical understanding of fluid handling, hygienic design, and process control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel regionally (30–50%)
