Responsibilities
Account Management (70%)
Manage and grow existing accounts within the
semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries , focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, compliance, and retention.
Handle RFQs, inquiries, and ensure timely, accurate communication with clients.
Oversee account performance, project implementation, and adherence to SOPs.
Manage receivables follow-up to ensure prompt payments.
New Business Development (30%)
Prospect and secure new clients, with emphasis on the
semiconductor and pharmaceutical sectors , to expand market share.
Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for potential customers.
Support strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years’ sales experience with a proven track record in
account management and business development , preferably in the
semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries .
