As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and cultivating strong relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute vertical-specific sales strategies.
- Own customer relationships from prospecting to project award.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Engineering to design tailored solutions.
- Manage and track all opportunities in CRM with regular updates.
- Ensure proper project handover and customer follow-up post-sale.
- Grow and manage a sales Team.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the audio-visual industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients
- Existing business network or contacts
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions
- Detailed understanding of audio-visual technologies, products, and industry trends
- Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a driven and proactive mindset
