Sales Manager – Construction / Civil Engineering
Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, civil engineering, and building materials projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders for new projects.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers.
Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to recommend business strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the construction, civil engineering, or building materials sector.
Strong network of contacts with developers, main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants in Singapore.
Proven track record in securing and closing construction project deals.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a small sales team if required.
Familiarity with tendering processes, project cost estimation, and construction project workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline is preferred.
