- Position: Sales Manager (Events & Operations)

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $10,000 + Allowance + Staff Benefits + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Standardize all events and exposition logistical processes
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, produce and manage the annual Southeast Asia exhibition and other events
- Evaluate, streamline, and standardize workflow to increase process consistency and effective use of resources
- Partner with HQ to ensure global expo operations standards and best practices
- Manage overall show operations' budgets- ensure show projects are completed within budget and meet the gross margin target
- Manage customer relations
- Develop and execute strategies for increasing attendees (exhibitors and visitors) satisfaction based on analyses of client satisfaction surveys
- Launch and manage Exhibitor Engagement Program
- Grow sales for sale booth space and sponsorship
- Manage floor plans and special exhibit areas
- Closely coordinate exhibition plan with marketing functions to optimize exhibit and sponsorship sales
- Draft long-term planning for show operations and pricing
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Diploma/B.S./B.A. or equivalent working experience in appropriate discipline
- Minimum five years proven experience working in an exhibition, conference, and/or event environment
- 3+ years of product marketing and/or MICE sales role experience
- Proficiency in computer and internet software skills such as MS Office, etc
