We’re seeking a Creative Sales Manager (Experiential Interactive Solutions) who thrives on building relationships and winning business in the experiential and cultural space .
If you’ve sold exhibitions, galleries, museums, events, or design & build solutions , this is your opportunity to step into the future of experiential sales — integrating interactive technology with creative design .
You’ll be a hunter, a storyteller, and a relationship builder who can see beyond the physical build, and show clients how digital innovation can elevate their projects.
Location: Kallang
Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Remuneration: Base + comms + sales incentive
Responsibilities
- Hunt for new opportunities across brands, galleries, museums, exhibitions, cultural institutions, and experiential projects .
- Lead proposals and pitches, supported by Company’s in-house creative and tech teams .
- Sell experiential solutions that blend design, build, and interactive technology.
- Oversee tender submissions for large-scale creative-tech projects.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and technologists to develop pitch-winning solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting → pitch → negotiation → handover.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales/business development in exhibitions, events, museums, galleries, or design & build/experiential agencies .
- Proven track record of hunting and closing six-seven figure projects .
- Strong network across marketing, brand, cultural, and agency circles.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills — able to excite clients with ideas.
- Driven, competitive, and resilient — thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Passion for how technology enhances experiences .
