As a
Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving NCS sales, including account penetration, prospect qualification, supervision of sales activity, sales process planning, and closing all sales opportunities in the industry and/or sector you serve.

You are expected to build deep and trusted business relationships with clients to seed and grow future opportunities and will focus on developing and closing application-centric opportunities.

Beyond managing your own sales, margin, and Business Centre revenue, you also act as a trusted client advisor, coordinating the right NCS team with the relevant expertise to drive successful solutions for clients.


Reporting to the Sales Lead, you will work closely with teams across NCS such as the Client Service Units, Lines of Businesses (LOBs) and NEXT Services.

You will collaborate to define solution offerings and value propositions to maximise NCS’s win probability in each opportunity, based on a deep understanding of client business needs and working with CSU and LOBs to strategise growth plans.


What will you do?
Lead and grow your portfolio of accounts by engaging key decision makers and selling NCS application solutions to the target customer base.


Understand the latest technology trends and client business needs to coordinate with cross-functional teams within NCS to assemble the right winning team and drive successful solutions and contract closure.


Meet sales quotas by identifying and securing business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction with NCS products and services.


Manage and coordinate contract terms and conditions internally and externally.


Build and maintain relationships at all levels with designated clients.


Develop value propositions and negotiate successfully to close deals.


Develop a good understanding of the organization’s products and services to coordinate pre-sales requirements.


Drive profitable wins aligned with NCS’s core capabilities and growth strategy.


Coordinate and partner with functional teams and LOBs to craft innovative deals, provision orders, and meet customer service expectations.


Provide a one-stop experience to customers regarding all NCS services.


The Ideal Candidate should possess:
6+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT services.


Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.


Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.


Knowledge of commercial arrangements.


Good interpersonal and communication skills.


Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and deal-making skills.


Experience in managing multiple stakeholders is preferred.


Dynamic and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment.


Able to deal with ambiguity.


University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
