Job Responsibilities
Report directly to the GM and Head of Sales with regular project updates, concerns, financial difficulties, and project handovers.
Communicate effectively and support other sales team members on projects, clients, and referrals.
Contribute and provide your views on improving the internal culture within the company.
Use the showroom as a key sales tool to inspire clients to want to work with JEB through effective presentation.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify new business opportunities within existing market segments as well as venture into and grow new potential markets.
Prepare project briefs for QS to generate quotations.
Interpret technical drawings related to JEB products.
Design and specify technical drawings related to project requirements prior to Architects/Designers' involvement.
Liaise with QS and suppliers regarding products.
Follow up with calls and presentations to potential and existing clients to grow the business.

Minimum Requirements
Fluency in English – written and spoken.
At least 4-5 years of sales experience, ideally within the commercial or related industries.
Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong combination of creative and analytical skills.
Excellent soft skills with a team player attitude.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to suggest improvements and embrace change.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to thrive in an international environment with multiple languages and time zones.
Ability to set, communicate, and maintain timelines, budgets, and priorities for each project.
