Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key B2C accounts, including supermarkets, e-commerce platforms, and retail chains.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client loyalty.
Sales Strategy & Growth
Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize product penetration.
Proactively prospect and secure new B2C opportunities within assigned accounts.
Customer Engagement
Gain deep insights into customer needs, market trends, and strategic objectives.
Address and resolve customer concerns swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Collaboration
Partner with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals and product presentations tailored to client needs.
Performance Monitoring
Track and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to balance profitability and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in B2C key account management or strategic sales.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
