Our client, a prestigious education group boasting a diverse portfolio of well-established brands, is seeking a highly disciplined and adaptable Sales Leader to drive enrolment performance and lead a dedicated sales team of five.

Responsibilities
Report to a bright and experienced Commercial Director and take full ownership of the group’s sales/enrolment performance.
Shape and execute the sales strategy, establishing robust, replicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that guarantee consistency and excellence across all brands.
Lead a cross‐functional team including Academic Leaders, Sales Executives, and Call Centre staff.
Provide sales coaching, track critical KPIs, and rigorously enforce structured sales processes across the brands.
Requirements
Proven Sales Manager with over 9 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a direct leadership role.
Highly people‐oriented, execution‐driven, and thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
Strong learning aptitude, patience and emotional intelligence required to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Experience in Sales Manager/Consultative Sales/Enrolment Manager/Relationship Sales roles acceptable.
