Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of corporate sales plans and strategies
- Conduct market intelligence and research
- Identify and expand the target customer base and industry segments
- Promote services to both existing customers and potential prospects
- Develop pricing structures and business models tailored to customer needs
- Prepare and submit proposals to customers
- Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries and requests
- Communicate customer expectations to internal teams and vendors
- Provide timely and accurate industry insights and customer intelligence
- Compile and submit regular sales reports and analyses
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through frequent visits or prompt responses to queries
- Take responsibility for acquiring new customers and exploring growth opportunities
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales or a relevant field related to the supply chain or logistics industry
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
