We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
to join a dynamic and innovative team within the maritime technology sector.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for shipping, navigation, or maritime solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed direct sales targets within the assigned region.
Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers.
Stay abreast of market trends and respond proactively to emerging opportunities.
Acquire an in-depth understanding of company products, technologies, and solutions.
Drive new business development while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in Salesforce.
Travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry meetings and events.
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Marketing, Sales, or Maritime-related disciplines.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in merchant shipping, maritime technology, or a related sales environment.
Strong interest in shipping, navigation, defence, and/or technology sectors.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Well-organized with a structured and initiative-driven approach.
Willingness to travel both locally and internationally.
