Job Description
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective door-to-door sales strategies to promote our range of stone table tops, kitchen tops, and other surfacing products.
Client Engagement:
Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of potential clients, including renovation showrooms, fabrication workshops, and manufacturing factories.
Conduct in-person sales visits to showcase products and services.
Customer Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, working to resolve any challenges related to orders, product quality, or service.
Product Promotion:
- Present catalogs and provide physical samples to clients, highlighting the quality, design, and durability of our stone products.
Contract Management:
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon by both parties.
Payment Collection:
- Oversee the collection of payments from clients in a timely and professional manner, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team sales goals.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and contractors to secure repeat business and referrals.
