We are seeking dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Professionals who will play a strategic role in driving revenue growth through consultative selling, relationship-building, and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
The ideal candidate is experienced in developing long-term client partnerships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that create value.
*Key Responsibilities *
Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities across target markets.
Lead consultative sales discussions with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships to drive long-term engagement.
Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver client-focused solutions.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
*Requirements *
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
6-10 years of proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
Strong track record in consultative and solution-based selling.
Ability to manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
Experience in (insert industry: SaaS, IT services, manufacturing, etc., depending on your need) is an advantage.
