Identify and manage sales opportunities and projects to drive revenue growth with both potential and existing customers.
Establish and maintain closerelationshipswithnewandexistingcustomers through the entire sales cycle, frompre-salestopost-sales.
Buildand maintain strong,friendly connectionswithcustomers, ensuring long-term trust and collaboration.
Align with and execute thecompany’ssalesstrategytotargettherightcustomers.
Conductregularcustomer visits on a weekly visitandprovidevisitreports.
Participateinweeklymanagementdiscussionsto review,refine and implement effective salesstrategies.
Identifyandaddresscustomerchallengesorspecialrequirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Actasakeybridgebetweencustomersandthetechnicalteam, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
Prior experience in backend semiconductor testing is an advantage.
Strong in communication, negotiation and analytical thinking skills.
Effective and confident presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as required for the role.
