As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and supporting product strategy for Allianz-related investment solutions across key South-East Asian markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia.
You will focus on supporting both Allianz Agency and Bancassurance channels through the development and execution of sales initiatives, partner training, investment seminars, and the delivery of timely market insights.
This position plays a key role in equipping distribution partners with the tools, content, and knowledge needed to grow sales effectively.
In addition, you will contribute to product strategy by gathering local market intelligence, identifying client needs, and aligning on investment solutions with distribution models.
Working closely with internal teams across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, you will ensure smooth implementation and market relevance.
This is a regional, client-facing role suited for a sales-driven professional with strong market knowledge and a collaborative mindset.
This position will be based in Singapore.
