The Sales Manager, South East Asia (SEA) is responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development and ensuring service excellence to clients.
This position provides and structures solutions and helps clients to improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized standards.
This is a leadership role with several people reporting to this position.
Main Responsibilities:

Position Qualifications (Skills / Competencies / Experience):
Bachelor’s degreeMore than 5 years of relevant experience in sales and business development covering B to B services, combined with an experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Risk management in the Certification and Training industryMinimum 5 years experience in managing team member’s performance, development and potential capabilityStrategic approach towards customers and potential clients by translating knowledge and understanding in offering innovative and value-added solutionsMarket intelligence and in-depth understanding of competitive landscape in SEAExperience in managing and developing key accounts / customers and winning new clientsEffective English communication skillsStrong interpersonal relationship-building capability to manage the team locally and remotely
