Role Overview
As a
Sales Manager
specializing in smart workspace solutions, you will focus on the commercial real estate sector, selling solutions tailored to office buildings.
You will leverage your extensive network in the building automation industry, including systems such as turnstiles, elevators, fire alarms, and other technologies, to drive sales and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
Identify and target key players in the commercial real estate and office building sectors, including property developers, building owners, and facility managers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market penetration for smart workspace solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, building automation technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Client Engagement
Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders in the building automation ecosystem, such as suppliers of turnstiles, elevators, fire alarms, and other systems.
