What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for Singapore Water and HVAC sales targets and growth planIndependently develop the local Water/HVAC business strategy as the subject matter expert, and drive business growth through the successful implementation of that strategyWork with local and regional Danfoss stakeholders to develop targeted solutions to address customer needsGrow business with Water/HVAC projects with contractors, system integrators and partners (distributors), leveraging the support of regional and global Danfoss networksGrow partner business through development and implementation of business plansMine new opportunities and develop win plans for pipelinesMake adjustments to strategies to navigate surprise challenges and uncertaintiesConnect the dots with internal and external stakeholders in order to multiply efforts and develop win-win solutions What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechatronics engineeringMinimum 8 years of relevant working experienceProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsPerformance driven - not afraid to suggest/take initiatives with team workCustomer driven, and oriented with the priority on company success and profitsEnergetic and self-motivatedProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareFluent English and good communication skillsWhat You'll Get from Us
