Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, including developers, contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Actively manage and nurture a pipeline of leads and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and project bids that meet client needs.
- Negotiate project terms, contracts, and pricing in a fair and transparent manner.
- Collaborate with project managers and other internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions from sales to execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in a professional and inclusive manner.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project life cycles, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to building and nurturing client relationships.
- A degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Must be adaptable, open to learning, and committed to professional growth.
