Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to promote events and drive attendance, exhibitor participation, and sponsorship sales.Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including email campaigns, social media content, and website updates.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the events industry.Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.Cultivate and maintain relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance event visibility and coverage.Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of marketing activities within budget constraints.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in marketing and events management to recommend innovative strategies and solutions.Support onsite event marketing activities and provide assistance as needed to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.Job Requirements:
Diploma in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the events industry.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Prior experience with event management software and CRM systems is a plusPlease send a copy of your resume to recruitersg@tg-hr.com.
